We held our April meeting on April 16th at the Waterdown Legion. Our members selected Food4Kids to receive our donations in the total amount of $6,400.00. This was presented to Nancy Phelan, the School Liaison for Food4Kids (see the attached picture ). The Food4Kids program is very active in our local schools in Flamborough-Waterdown, and you can learn more by visiting their website; www.food4kidshamilton.ca. Nancy will be joining us at our June meeting, to provide an update on how our donations help the kids in our community.
